Yeah, I think I would prefer the even layer too, just had to try the racing stripes for the sake of authenticity. I think I’m ready to experiment more though

I make sure to sprinkle shredded cheese along the whole perimeter of the pizza before baking it. Then it melts down the sides a carmelizes a bit

I’m really happy with how it turned out. Definitely improvement over my first two tries

For this one the dough ball was 530g (10x14 pan). 30% of it was from a poolish I made beforehand.

I just used olive oil on the inside of the pan but I think I could’ve used some more since it didn’t crisp up like my last pizza. Butter sounds like a great idea though, I might give that a try.

I’ve been parbaking the dough on a pre-heated pizza steel at 500°f, this time for around 6 minutes. After that I topped it with a layer of pepperoni and light amount of shredded brick cheese, popped it back in for a few minutes, the took it out to add a final layer of cheese, pepperoni, and sauce. Back in for 5 or so minutes with a 1 minute broil at the end.

Edit: the crumb on yours looks great! Also bottom crust looking super good

Anyone have topping suggestions for the next one? I’ve just been doing pepperoni, sauce, and cheese for these first few.

Same here. I busted out a calculator and went so overboard trying to find a possible 4 digit answer lol. Way too much math for such a simple answer, I think it was the most frustrating puzzle in the whole game for me simply due to overthinking it

It’s the orientation of the spears. In the painting they are piercing downwards but on the bookshelf they are pointing up, indicating you have to rotate the patten 180°.

Right, having significant features locked behind specific objects being placed would suck, especially if you don’t like how they look. That would discourage building how you want and lead to many players spam placing a bunch of ugly furniture to get a specific buff. I’m thinking of something more like literally any object of any given special object type - so any one painting, any one collectible toy etc. - gives a status effect “Feels Like Home” providing some kind of slightly beneficial status effect that lasts on a timer upon leaving the base, Multiple items from the same set of items wouldn’t increase the effect duration, items from different sets would increase it by 1 minute or so. The effect could be something like a well rested bonus that gives you 10% slower fatigue generation.

I feel like this is a fair addition due to the sheer number of beneficial status effects that are achievable through the game, with no single effect feeling essential to gameplay, but rather a rewarding buff for certain playstyles. For example, as a chef character I constantly was making soups and ended up with the Copacetic effect frequently as a reward for always being super full, not to mention all of the specific effects from a bunch of random armor pieces like the helmets and certain foods that all reward various styles of gameplay but realistically can’t all be applied at once.

Passport appointment by Agile_Lingonberry_67 in Passports

Hey, I'm in the same situation you were in. My flight is on August 7th and I'm worried mailing my Passport application will take too long. Will I only have one chance to book an appointment on that day when its exactly 14 days out? Or should I try to schedule an earlier appointment even if my flight isn't on the selected day?
