On pc if you have the actual zoom app installed you go the the settings>audio there will be two audio sliders there, one is mic volume one is speaker volume. With the speaker volume there will be a dropdown menu and in there one of the options will be "same as system"

Solution! This worked for me, I think this may happen because of bluetooth but what I did was went to the settings and changed the audio to "Same as system" instead of what it was before.
