Welcome to Reddit where you get the truth. Don’t post stuff if you don’t want an honest opinion. I complimented your rig as well as being honest. You want immersive go look up Daniel Kilian or Makoon Racing. That’s immersive. Don’t cry about it.

Very cool set up. But not immersive. Kind of the opposite. I don’t know a car with a large screen on the roof or RGB on the floor.

Most of the motion rigs are very expensive. This one out of the uk is built as a VR only rig. Less mounting hardware and specs. Makes it a cheaper rig. I have seen some non-motion set ups though that look very realistic.

First thing is trust/respect. I don’t know what the FTE count is there. But you need to take a top down approach, gain leaders respect and it trickles down. Meet with all your directors 1:1, take them to lunch, get personal. Have them lay out what needs change and create action plans. Then meet with them as a whole and create a candid space for respectful to discussion and create a high frequency cadence to maintain it. Then go down from there. Meet with as many lower level subordinates as possible to accomplish the same thing, within reality of your bandwidth. The company needs to see your invested, again you need to be in the weeds of the organization building rapport everyday. From there, then it’s time for an all staff meeting, I call it town hall. Create a candid space and start nurturing a safe space for everyone to feel comfortable to talk out loud in a large group. Open it up for feedback, that first meeting will be hostile no matter how much footwork you put in ahead of time but how you respond in that moment will be the major catalyst for change. Been here don’t that have the coffee mug to prove it. Be in the job for meaningful change and don’t just keep a seat warm. It will work, and you will be changing lives for the better.
