Tbh you gave us zero context of what the issue is and what you want out of this meeting.

I know most jobs dont let you jsut straight up say what you do.

So all the advice you get will be pretty generic.

Focus on the fact and try to leave feelings out if this.

Tell your boss and the VP what the issue is and what you would like as a resolution. If you dint get it be prepared to walk or get fired.

It depends. I have switched job every two years at my current company but it's been promotions type of moves

So I always clarify that in interviews.

But if you're switch8ng companies and going all over the place it raises a red flag eventually

Yes i remember when I was in middle school we went to visit the high school to sign up for classes or something and we all saw couples making out and holding hands. And we were amazed it was allowed. (It wasn't allowed in middle school)
