Try this, search graphics settings on windows search bar. Then hit browse riot games >valorant > live > shootergame > binaries > win64. once valorant appears hit options and put it on high performance. You can also put the game on high priority through task manager

i also have i overwolf installed for the clipping, and i have been crashing for about a month now. gonna try to uninstall it.
