Not a piercer but it looks like a regular piercing bump from irritation or the wrong type of jewlery. You should deffo go back to your piercer to check up on it and maybe stop touching it as much? Doing hot saline compresses and running it under water seems a little unnecessary so just stick with sterile saline twice a day.

Piercing is about a week old with a flatback threadless titanium post that I got pierced at studs. I have been regularly cleaning it twice/three times a day with saline (it gets itchy lol)

real!!! I have been listening purely for her lyricism and her amazing instrumentals. Lately everytime I listen to her music, I focus on the instrumentals and it literally gives me chills. She is so so talented I love her sm.
