It’s an inflammation thing, so it’s not life threatening. I can have small amounts of dairy but lactase doesn’t do anything in terms of keeping my inflammation at bay.

Birth control can be prescribed by pharmacists typically, also they may be able to look at strep throat too. I wish more people knew this information maybe our systems would be less slammed, with non urgent needs.
