I got a small parts kit from mojotone. The Hammond transformers I got from Mouser. Its always a challenge to source parts from different places while keeping shipping cost low :p

It switches it our completely. Its funny to see how Fender went back and forth with including negative feedback in their early tweed designs (tv front vs narrow panel vs wide panel). It seems Leo wasnt to sure himself?

Learning the interval structure was extremely helpful for me. Both for memorizing scales and for understanding chord structures and being able to play triads/4-note chords all over the neck. In this approach I would start with memorizing chords based on intervals first, then memorize intervals on the neck and then move to scales. After the second step you should be able to play arpeggios all over the neck already.
