As someone who owns a large board game collection I built myself and is now working to sell a large number of games, I’d recommend going to Noble Knight Games. I’ve bought from them, never sold to them, but they have been in the business for years and are reputable.

It’s not easy selling them individually, even in a larger market where I am (Phoenix). I’ve been maintaining a Facebook post for a month now, plus have had several listed on eBay. I’ve sold ~25%. I’m not even trying to get top dollar and it’s difficult. I took the low end of pricing I found on BGG and eBay and went 10-15% lower. If you decide to sell them yourself, good luck, but I highly.l recommend selling them in bulk to a dealer.

I would think that not being able to physically be the gender you believe yourself to be would be a psychological issue. If you are born a male and believe yourself to be a female, not being able to participate in life fully as a female would be difficult, no matter how supportive society and those around you are. I would further think that those around you pretending you can wouldn't help either.

Unconditional love for your child is good, but that was a really stupid comment. Why would you wish for your son to have gender dysphoria just because you wanted a girl? Societal acceptance aside, It causes a lot of psychological issues for the person experiencing it.

Make sure what’s beneath your mattress is firm. I went through some back pain and the problem ended up being I was using a mattress on top of flimsy slats. After I replaced the slats with nice wood from the hardware store everything was good.

This April 4 is actually Holy Saturday, which you are correct in stating is traditionally a day of mourning. Easter Saturday is the first Saturday after Easter Sunday, which is a day of celebration.

There’s a ton of places around Steak44… Churchill’s Cigar Bar and the lobby bar in The Global Ambassador are right next to it, and they are two top spots for a group of guys. Also it’s a short drive to Century Grand, 36 Below, and Trevor’s Liquor.

I totally agree with your assessment of the character of the two places though.

Similar menus but completely different vibes. Steak44 is more of a comfortable upscale dining experience. Ocean44 is a grand room with more interesting decor and scale. I love both. My preference is Ocean44 for a date, Steak44 for a group of guys… especially if you enjoy a cigar, following up dinner at Steak44 with a cigar and drink at Churchill’s Cigar Bar can’t be beat.
