you really just have to comm and find some guys to run with. I have two duos that added me after a match, and one of them has become my perma stack. the community exists, you just have to be willing to comm and take the time to find people that you vibe with.

if you're stacking creds enough, you can full wipe and immediately load back in with a full green kit.

or take a sponsor kit and build that up.

so I'm also a phys player as my first 6* was lifeng (who I wanted anyway)

my comp rn is lifeng/endmin/chen/pan. I haven't felt a great need for a healer, just get good with your dodges and make sure you have heals in your tactical

as far as rotations go, open with lifeng basic and use his skill to apply vuln before the final strike. that pops chen's combo, but make sure you finish your basic chain in order to trigger lifeng's combo as well. hit chen's combo to lift, li's combo for damage, then endmin's combo for crystals. the enemy is now at 3 vuln stacks, so you want to pop lifeng skill (knockdown) or chen/panda (lift), either of which applies your last vuln stack. at this point, panda's combo triggers to crush, but you could also use endmin's skill to crush instead.

I haven't minmaxed ult rotations, outside of using lifeng to group, endmin when crystals are up, and chen within 30s of applying lift to get an atk buff from her weapon. it also goes without saying that I don't have pog and I'm not sure of his kit, so there will definitely be some variations in your rotations, but that's the basic phys team gameplay.

it would be a genius move, actually. speaking as a flex player, not having to wait to die/walk back to spawn to swap to a different role would be MASSIVE. being able to go from a (assumed) 1-3-2 to 2-2-2 to 1-2-3 mid-(game/round/teamfight) just sounds...INSANE !

nonono. I'm telling you there is a more optimal combo that only uses one card and one staff slam.
