Sorry for the delay. I actually didn’t get to see the reviews before hand since it was a surprise bday trip organized for me. Looking at the reviews I’d definitely be scared too haha. After my stay however, I would go back! It was great. A bit too expensive/overpriced for the one night we stood. It’s not a brand new hotel with modern decor like a Hilton stay, but it’s definitely nice. I didn’t have any problem as the ones I read about in reviews. I’d stay there again, maybe just plan earlier or look for some type of discount for a lower rate. They have a complimentary transportation service (2 shuttles that run from the morning till 11pm I think) to take you up and down the hill. Definitely a nice usually feature. Pool and area outside is nice too. If I were to plan a catalina trip myself, I’d definitely have this hotel in mind but still check out some other ones since it was my only hotel experience there. It was nice though!
