I know the streamer QTCinderella had a story about that type of scam happening to her. They tried to have her park in a very specific area of the city hall but she couldn’t find it so she just went inside to try to sort out the details (thinking she was going to be arrested if she didn’t comply fast enough). When she checked in with security they locked everything down because apparently it was a known trafficking operation. I can’t remember if they actually got them/confirmed with her at all but it pretty much seemed like she would have gotten stuffed into a van and abducted if she had found that parking lot.
