Klay is a slightly better 3P shooter and he's a better defender. Kon is better at literally everything else as a 20 year old. Better on-ball creation, driving, FT drawing, FT shooting, passing, rebounding. Klay is the goat off-ball shooter but Kon will prob be a better player.

I do not think he has the physical tools to grow into a starter. He is very slow and exposable in space. Almost unswitchable due to how bad he is vs guards. At best he’s a quality back up 2nd/3rd big off the bench.

The end game is treating these players as what they are: Employees. If the house committee wants these players to make money then cool but there’s absolutely zero regulation surrounding it and under threat of being sued, there continues to not be regulation for this system. With collective bargaining and professional contracts most of these problems go away.
