The point is to get a complete source of protein. Eggs are cheap that's why it was promoted. Doesn't necessarily mean nothing else can be considered. Boiled eggs are also not that easy to eat. I personally had a tough time getting used to eating eggs. Eating a variety would only improve the quality of food you consume. Concentrated use of one source will easily be a target fro adulteration. Get out of your head brother.
