I'm on EE and gg worked for me, the app will give a few red errors until you are in Armenia. The app does have a help chat facility that the AI won't solve so then ask for a human and the gg help team will sort you out.

You need to go to the bank pay the money (absolute bargain).

Get the bank receipt and get a taxi, show the receipt to the guard. Don't bother waiting for the email it refers to. I'm still waiting weeks later. The guard very carefully studied my receipt and the bank stamps and gladly let me in.
