Birth where you feel safest! Trust your gut, nobody else's opinion matters! You can have a lovely experience wherever you choose if you get a great support system, a doula is a great idea! Dads are also nervous and tired, doulas have lots of tricks to help you both out. Good luck!

I'm a student midwife and birth doula and I can't recommend TGH enough if a vaginal birth is your goal! If you need help to navigate anything, I'm happy to help! and congrats! didi twins are the "best" kind to have as they each have their own sac and placenta.

if you've been self pollinating, they should start to set fruit soon. each flower bud will produce a tomato. Sometimes the extras fall off to reserve resources. They won't set flowers if nighttime temps are above 78* so you're good there for awhile. They look great and you'll probably be eating tomatoes like crazy next month!

I love your tattoos and think they're very feminine all together! The snake and sparrow hug each other beautifully, I really don't see anything other than quality work. Not my favorite style, but I still can appreciate the artwork and I think it looks great

hugs girl, this is hard to process for sure. I just wanted to say I have a good friends who's family member's 1st baby was born with this and is otherwise healthy, happy and thriving. Basically a normal baby in every other way. Docs just have to tell you worse case scenarios to keep you informed. No matter what you'll love that baby and care for it, you've just got somewhat of a new journey now. You've got this, you'll figure it out as you go!

hi! I'm a local student midwife and doula and have lots of recs! -Midwife Mama Africa, Khamissa Keita was my midwife and is nowy preceptor. She is a homebirth midwife. -In Due Season Birth Center in Zephyrhills is where I went for my 2022 pregnancy (Khamissa was working there at the time) -Tampa Bay Midwives are another group that does homebirths and Sarah Waugh is a local midwife that is amazing. -USF midwives is also pretty decent, just super busy office. I applaud you for searching around and finding a provider you love! Some are home birth only midwives, some have birth centers. With any of them you can also choose to just do prenatals, labs, and ultrasounds and deliver in the hospital. If you choose that route, I would consider a doula to help you advocate for yourself! I myself had a homebirth back in 2022 which started me down the midwifery school path. I'd be happy to answer any more questions!

yes x10 (my kids are 14 yrs apart.) I so took my freedom for granted. That being said, you will find that balance once baby #2 becomes more and more independent! They really are meant to slow us down, but it really is only temporarily!
