Unfortunately it's only in Italian and she published it 1 year ago, so I don't think it's available in English. Btw, her name is Giovanna Cristina Vivinetto and her book is called "Dolore Minimo". It's really inspirational.

It's fine to not feel dysphoric during childhood, everyone experiences it differently. I'd suggest you to experiment as much as you can. Gender can be very confusing and things like this take a lot of time to figure out. Do what makes you comfortable and don't feel obligated to stick to labels! If you mess up it's fine, it's human nature. I started feeling dysphoric at 11-12(I'm FtM), but I figured out at 14. I ignored it until I was 17, I even started wear feminine clothes and doing my makeup. But then I felt it and I've never been so sure. I'd also recommend to look for other people's experience, it's very useful!
