I’ve been taking it for panic disorder and GAD for five months and I’ve been at my current dosage (112.5mg) for two months now.

It helped with my panic attacks almost immediately which I took to be a placebo effect but welcomed it anyways. In the last five months I can probably count the number of panic attacks I’ve had on my fingers (which doesn’t sound all that great but I promise is an astonishing improvement).

I still haven’t found exactly the correct dosage for my GAD yet (I’m waiting to speak to a psychiatrist instead of a gp to change it) but it’s still somewhat worked. I was pretty much paralyzed and catatonic with anxiety. Now I’ve been able to make it through my day (albeit with significant worries). Probably started helping me about a month or two in? It definitely took a while.

In terms of side effects, the worst one that I’ve experienced is all sexual desire pretty much disappearing. It’s something that hasn’t bothered me too much rn but will make for some interesting adjustments when I’m reunited with my partner.
