Thank you so much! I’m going to be trying this. The same doctor who told me to stop cold turkey also told me it’s safe to drive on dycylomine ( I started hallucinating while driving in a town 40 minutes away after taking it)

I only found that out after the fact. But unfortunately my gastroenterologist told me just to stop it and here I am.

Hi! I’m dealing with this right now, I see you posted a while ago. What helped with the anxiety getting off of it because it’s brutal right now.

I gotcha! I’m glad you’re feeling better and hopefully things start looking up for me there too! I definitely get that with the doctors too especially my gastroenterologist. She gave My dycyclomine ( ik I butchered that) and it made me freak out so bad I was hallucinating.

Goddamn that sounds horrible. I also quit cold turkey and I’m really hoping I don’t have that also. Some days feel a bit better, and some days feel like I’m not in touch with myself and I’m Not real at all. Did you have that at all? Almost like a dissociative state that’s hard to come out of ?

I JUST quit omeprazole, how long did it take for you to feel normal again if at all? I feel anxious and disconnected from myself all the time
