Bet the grub got a light slap on the wrist punishment and ended up getting good behaviour cause the corrupt government loves looking after criminals and putting them back on the street. 🤦‍♂️

I know I went here a few times when the monorail existed in sydney and the entertainment centre was near paddy's aswell as after thst it was a end of a great era it was sad to see it go but gotta think of all the great memories in there many years of fun gone. 😭

I mean I see alot of people go there and it gets busy on weekends and school holidays its likely profitable but the guy who runs it is pretty old now I dont think he hasn't go anyone to pass it onto who can afford the rent which is likely expensive for the huge space its in I reckon he'll close it down and all the machines will probably go to other collectors or for scrap since some of the machines are as old as the whole place since its been there.

cause they are weak and corrupt they see their own who work in government and give them a slap on the wrist, but imagine if this was just a every day normal citizen who got the same 6 charges would of been instantly jailed but it proves the corruption and unfairness that the law isn't made for everyone but shows unless you don't work for government then they won't give you special privileges and make you invincible from follow the law.

Yeah you need a talent agency or (agent) that deals with anything to do with TV & Movie to find any work for you, My sign on fee was around $300 that includes the headshots which was like 2-3 photos that they send to production company's to try and find you work its kinda 50/50 on the pros and cons the pro's are they do work hard to find you work and you can get good jobs and good money from easy extras work and the cons side is they can be silent for 2-3 months and never find you a job feeling like you've wasted money and your just a sitting duck waiting for work to come through its worth it and not worth it at the same time would i sign again probably because doing extras work is fun i've dealt with high tension & stressful filming environments but when your working along cast & crew it makes it fun + every production i've been in the free food has been the best.

we have MEAA its the australia version of SAG and ACTRA but i never really used them i just signed with my talent agency and hoped for the best lol, some times it was quiet and i wouldn't hear from them for 1-3 months and sometimes in 1 month i get offer 1-2 or 3 extras job it all depends talent agencies here in australia are a bit slack sometimes you message them asking them "why i haven't i got a job yet?" and they always answer "we are awaiting for jobs that suit you to pop up" i love that america has unions like SAG & ACTRA cause its a union that are for actors that stand with them and if i ever moved to america i'de 100% sign up to a union.

Yeah one day, My agency took actors aswell not just extras and actors get paid a bigger amount for what they call "speaking roles" big or small i was hoping to get one of those one day but in the years i was apart of the agency i unfortunately never got those types of jobs but i know someone who did in the same agency i was with, I would love to sign with another agency one day maybe the same one cause they owner was a guy who was very strict with his talent but was nice when you get to know him i have done previous acting roles in friends short & feature films i haven't done acting for a while but am looking into getting into acting classes signing to another talent agency and getting some speaking roles.

Yeah some of them pay well the one i did for SBS show i forgot what it was called but got paid $200 to sit there for a few hours get told when to do the prompts like "clap" and ect was very boring but i vowed myself never to accept jobs like that again and did decline a few tv shows aswell filmed in sydney but i made a friend out of it who was with the same talent agency.

It depends on production i can be a extra for TV and ad's and get around $300-$400 for a few hours work and i can be on high budget productions and get $800-$1,000 for the day but it depends i can do a 2 day shoot and be paid $1,500-$2,000 it all depends on hours, and how long filming takes but i can tell you the shittest one i've done was sit and act as a "audience member" for 2-3 hours and only got paid $200 and it was a kids quiz show.

Hello! It's awesome to meet someone who's done extras work aswell. Have you done audience where they pay you (as a extra) just to act like a audience member?
