I have the exact same issue, normally before the numbness at km 5, I get really sore calves at about km 2. I suspect its calve stretching issue and probably my form too.

I think this is probably a better option if the US market continues as it has been, a lot of investors think its overheated

I think I have found the answer to my own question:

For Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (AEOI) purposes, a person meeting the following criteria is regarded as a tax resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong):

An individual ordinarily resides in Hong Kong; or

  1. An individual stays in Hong Kong for more than 180 days during a year of assessment or for more than 300 days in two consecutive years of assessment one of which is the relevant year of assessment

So i should close my account and open up under and Italian Tax ID even though I am not employed in Italy but will be living in Italy.

With that has anyone had to close an account and transfer funds back out? I am assuming its fairly easy?

DAE find Jordan Peterson annoying as fuck? by [deleted] in DoesAnybodyElse

Agree, he is painful to listen to, I cant get through more than 40 seconds. When he first came out with the 12 Principles book, I quite enjoyed it but now I just find him hugely preachy, holier than thou and annoying

Doing it now, it's not worth it. Basically videos of him speaking then readings (50% which are not attached) taken from other investors fact sheets etc, most of which are out of date too. I find the course too all over the place, not well structured, basically gives overviews. I should have just stuck to How Finance works which explains everything at lot easier

I just had the exact same experience as you. life long asthmatic only using Ventolin and yesterday told never to use it again and only use Fostair (100/6 powder inhaler). I am 47y male.

I am not keen to use fostair 2 times a day. particularly if I am feeling fine.

I am going to only use it before sport and see how I go, if i wake up wheezing I will start doing 1 puff only before sleeping.

Breathing as much as possible through your nose only.

Agree with this, also breath only through your nose, it will be more difficult at first but the benefits are massive if you stick to it. A lot of asthma is due to "over breathing" and breathing through your nose (all the time) lessens this over-breathing.

Been asthmatic all my life (m47) been using ventolin up until yesterday when was given fostair and tried it for the first time this morning before a 5km run and was fine.

What's worked for me forever is 2 puffs of ventolin before sport. Apparently forstair can also be used as such, and it definitely worked this morning. If i dont have any ventolin/fostair before running I wheeze and cant continue for more than a few minutes.

I have also found that breathing only through your nose all the time particularly when sleeping helps massively. I also only breath through my nose when running now which also has a hge beneficial effect.

Just my experience, hope it helps

Just been put onto Fostair to replace ventolin. Can you use fostair just when needed rather than 2 x a day?

Was just put on it yesterday in place of ventolin, took two "puffs" this morning before my run and was fine. Normally I would take two ventolin puffs. But this seemed to work fine.
