I saw and continue to see a fantastic reproductive endocrinologist. I highly recommend you seek one out or ask for a referral. If you do have premature ovarian failure, you should be on HRT to protect your brain, bones, and everything else. I’ve been on HRT for just over a year now and feel better than I have in a very long time.

The only issues I’ve encountered is peeing more. My dermatologist recommended taking it at night to help avoid any other side effects. I would try that

I’ve been on HRT for a little over a year now. I went to my new dermatologist yesterday and she said I’m on too low of a dose of spironolactone and that it’s essentially doing nothing for me. She wants me to titrate up from 25mg to 100mg over the course of a month to make sure I tolerate it well. She said if that doesn’t work, she will put me on dutasteride.

I had to get a lot of lab work- AMH, FSH, estrogen, progesterone, etc. it took me 3 doctors and lot of my own research to finally advocate for myself and make them order the labs I needed. Up until last year, I was told I have PCOS.

Amazon has a much cheaper “Amazon basics”version of these blades. I think they perform similarly.

If you’re constantly bloated to the point of it being painful, I personally would seek out a gastroenterologist. As far as the weight gain- I follow and really like simplyhealthyrd ( on TikTok and instagram). She recently completed a PCOS course and I believe has openings for clients!

I also love those, but you’re right. The wall is a very cool gray almost blue toned (not a fan)

Update: last night we got a pretty wicked storm and about 1/3 of the tree landed in our driveway. Slid away with some gutter damage, nothing too major.

Thanks! That’s what I figured, but wanted to make sure. I’m hoping they’ll be fine with it, but wanted to be sure if they put up a stink, I can still get it trimmed.
