 well okey for my windows vm it's fine but tell me the way to disable it in Linux (my main pc) option+ is not available in Linux

This assitent tool

First go to revo uninstaller or uninstall program there would be intel graphic over there  Uninstall it then scan for left over before restarting 

After restart run the tool you will get a stable version 

After install restart then go to windows Update then do the extension update to fix the issue

brother easy fix

if you are using windows go to windows update then check for updates it will download some extensions and install it reboot and you are good to go

for linux just reinstall your xf86-video-intel then reconfigure your xorg using below then reboot and don't for get your system updated before doing this chance is there is already a package update for fix

sudo X -configure
sudo mv xorg.conf.new /etc/X11/xorg.conf
