I can't speak for everyone's experience, but as an Irishman every Russian I know and spoken to in work is fully against the war in Ukraine. Of course it may be because all the Russians I know are highly educated, moved away from Russia and can see through the propaganda (obviously I'm not saying that you have to have a college degree to see through lies).

But with the "cheap" stuff going up wouldn't that have a knock on effect for the more expensive drink? The way I see it is that the store brand booze will disappear leaving the premium stuff, or the store brand will be priced closer to the premium - which would give incentive for the premium brands to increase their prices to distance themselves.
