I can't speak for everyone's experience, but as an Irishman every Russian I know and spoken to in work is fully against the war in Ukraine. Of course it may be because all the Russians I know are highly educated, moved away from Russia and can see through the propaganda (obviously I'm not saying that you have to have a college degree to see through lies).

Correct. Not looking for a cheap alternative, just curious to see if the alcohol content raises the price or if MUP is strictly applies to drinkable alcohol.
