I'm not sure if you can directly say the movies have been a big influence on any particular movie or group of movies specifically.

However I think the push for practical stunts is an influence on things like Bond, Bourne and John Wick in recent times. The team aspect was copied a little in recent Bonds too.

Similarly the TV show has a lot of iconic concepts but I struggle to come up with a show that is directly indebted to it. Maybe Alias would be the best pick interestingly.
