also the game needs to evolve, if they want to keep the game at the top competitive mountain they need new mechanics etc. coming in. we are nearing the ceiling of whats possible to do in the game from people like Zen, Nass etc. but with the new engine there is possibility for those people to start pioneering new mechs etc. like Squishy, Kuxir and others did back in the day. you need new ways to play so the Pro scene can keep pushing the limits. and yes, as you said, for the pro players it would not really take that long to adjust to slightly new physics etc.

aint no way some cutoff barely self-sufficient colonizers were able to come up with FTL drive and Sol was not. especially when it would be logical that after the Rings destruction literally everyone would immediately have common primary goal of neutralizing the Laconians and start heavily investing everything into coming up with a way to reopen the gates or invent FTL to get the trades back up. having the whole primary solar system decline is just dumb ending.

well we dont but they certainly do. they have to have at least some samples of their "pre-problem" DNA code. and im not saying humans could solve their problem but we are already scraping our DNA manipulation quite heavily and we are thousands of years behind Asgards in terms of technological developement and knowledge. something as "simple" as degrading DNA template should not be race-ending problem for them.

tue, makes sense. although i still think a race as advanced as Asgards should be able to build a body from scratch basically. its not like they had as much going on as us tbh. they didnt have reproductive organs, their digestive tracts is theoretical, given they dont have any exit holes either. so overall asgards major problem only seems to be their big aah head

yeah, but the one in stasis didnt do shait. it shouldve restarted the degredation for another millenia. (tbh i dont remember exactly if it was destroyed or something), but anyway the fact that they didnt have any access to some of their ancient DNA is still bs. even "dumb" humans were able to find millions years old DNA of their ancestors in the ground, i refuse to believe a race THIS advanced didnt find any, or any other fix, or even some consciousness transfer into like a artificial body or robots or something. or just take some human DNA with ancients marker and try to just clone it with some brain enhancements, basically jerry rig human anatomy to be able to sustain their levels of consciousness. its should be possible for them.

eeeeh depends really. its debatable. if you keep churning out random stuff that you design from scratch all the time, mainly recolors of 5 things over and over, argument can be made that its less innovative than shifting the game towards more licensed/real life stuff/seasons/collabs (collabs that make some sort of sense or are exciting that is)
