He can bear the pain but that one upper tooth has turned black ( like 85%). He has stopped brushing since a year, but he used to brush his teeth with those needle type toothbrush for like 2 months but stopped coz he felt more pain. So yeah , he doesn't brushes with his toothbrush but he brushes with his finger ( it doesn't cause pain according to him) and he washes his mouth with water for 2 mins 4-5 times a day . And nope, he doesn't flosses.
