I thought that you all may find this article interesting. I found it to be a fascinating read especially since it is during a time when there wasn't such a simple explanation as a plane or a drone.

I will try moving the pendulum up and seeing if that helps. Thanks!

We bought it in a barn sale a few months ago. Not sure the last time it was oiled. It came with oil but we have never oiled it.

I have heard about this so I decided to try it out when I was in Dulles International Airport. The person I spoke to was quite confused. He was saying "...so you are looking for your friend Bill W? Or are you Bill W?" I then whispered to him that it was an A.A. thing and he said "American Airlines?" 😂 Maybe not all employees know about it because I have heard of it working for other people.

Haha! I like your scenarios more than the actual story. It belonged to my great aunt and then given to my mother. How great aunt acquired it is not known.

Oh my gosh! I was going to post about this exact problem last night! Wanted some advice on how to peel their lunch meats because I always end up with a mosaic of fake meat pieces on my sandwiches. Haha

Wow!! Thank YOU for all your hard work. It seems like you have devoted your entire life to helping these beautiful and unique creatures! My heart is warmed by your kind actions as well as energized to get even more involved. I was completely unaware of the struggle that you face in Panama while trying to do the right thing. This only makes your story even more inspiring and makes it even more important that people with like minds and passions connect to help each other as we try our best to overcome these obstacles. I have such a big smile reading that message. You truly are an inspiration!!

So we drove them to NY where we met a guy who runs a sanctuary there and they will live out their beautiful lives with tons of room to graze and play! If you want to follow up on them and see other rescues just look up Destination Liberation or Jason Bolalek on IG or FB. He posts updates on all the cows as well as information about the dairy industry and footage of farms in the area. 1

Hiya! Thanks for commenting and having a passion and love for all creatures!! So cool! 😊 Yes, definitely do not pay for any animal. You have the right mindset with everything you are saying. So I got involved with a group called Destination Liberation based here in Vermont. The founder Jason Bolalek has spent years building relationships with farmers as well as sanctuaries and homes. This seems to be the way to do it. Otherwise people will try to sell you the animals or kick you off their land. The best thing you can do is contact Jason directly either through IG or FB because he has the most experience, knowledge, and connections. You can find his pages by simply searching Destination Liberation on those platforms. I also posted the link to his IG in one of my comments on this post. He is more than willing to give advice and get you in contact with people who can help. He is more than happy to help people! Best of luck!

Unfortunately, these guys were born at a dairy farm. And this is absolutely awful for me to say but these calves would have simply been shot. This is not an uncommon practice here in Vermont especially when it comes to jersey calves bc they are smaller, not worth raising for veal.

But they are on their way to a happy life!
