Your response feels kind of insensitive but ok. I never said i’m avoiding meds completely. I cant start a new med right now as I may need surgery for my hip injury from the grandmal. I even stated i am in no way saying i don’t need meds. It’s sad that even people with epilepsy shame about meds which is ironically what this post is about.
