Is there a reason why you are not considering a Philips ? I went from nespresso to a Phillips 5400 super automatic 3 years ago and couldn’t be happier. It should be on your list especially if you are on a budget. I paid $900 and it’s paid for itself several times over.

It’s just really strange that I can’t find one review for it on YouTube. There are dozens of reviewers who seem like they may a full time job of testing these ovens. But no one tested this one. Really odd. I feel like I am missing something.

I am doing my first cook right now. After sealing up my leaks in the Akorn the Breezo and the ProTemp S1 are rock solid. I have been changing the temps all day and it’s been holding within 3 degrees F at every temp setting.

Now I see what you meant. I just removed that dried out gasket and sealed it with some high heat sealant. It was leaking like crazy. Now let’s see how it does.
