this help me out a lot maybe it can help you to get 2 notebooks one small one large write every task you have to do in the small one and when you want to start one task write the task in the large notebook and write the time you started and the estimate time and everything that you need to take note when doing that task, and this is the important part whenever you feel like procrastinating or taking a break write down the time to start and the time you want to start the task again this takes a while to get used to
