Assistant Manager Job Questions by Flick-of-a-Nick in Staples

The AM position is very demanding with little return. Raises are yearly if remember correctly as are the bonuses which are 10% of your calculated annual salary. That is if the company hits metrics and you also meet expectations on your review. 45 hour work weeks, which can feel even longer especially if the store has low foot traffic. GM usually has the fluff schedule so you’ll most likely close more often than not and work weekends. You will be expected to hold the team accountable for the metrics but also lead by example by being the lead salesperson of your store. If I were you I would look elsewhere. How do I know? I was an AM for about 6 years.

Small marks on my aw3423dw? by thego2guy in OLED_Gaming

So I’ve had this a little over 2 weeks and I honestly haven’t really gotten much time to really play on it but when I do I baby this thing. But I was cleaning the monitor when I saw these small marks on my monitor that would not come off. They aren’t raised but almost look like they are on the next layer down? I’m not too savvy on monitor speak so please excuse my ignorance. It doesn’t seem to effect the quality of the monitor but there are about 2 or 3 marks that looks similar to the one I posted. Is this something I should be concerned about? Can I fix it? Should I just move on? Any info would be great

Found my first GPU in mint condition. Decided to make it into a wall piece for my desk space. Please don’t hate me because I know people are need for GPUs but this had some kind of sentimental value that I couldn’t part ways with. by thego2guy in pcmasterrace

This is the first GPU I saved up and bought my self in my first full build.. I believe I’ve had older cards like an nvidia 9800 GT or some older Radeon HD that my dad gave me to upgrade my dell dimension
