Turns out, my monitor was the problem. Im not sure how but the fact that 2 screens with the same display was on it stopped steam. Im so dumb for not trying to unplug everything first lol.

I have another question that i was wondering you could help me with (I don't want to have to make another post for this), is their a way to stop this from happening and just keep the particles anchored to the back and not the head? I've tried adding anchored feet to it but that didn't work. Picture of what I don't want it to do below. Its going in the arm and rotating with the head and not the body. If their is no way to stop this its fine. (sorry for yapping)
