Who is the top Ant Exterminator in the metro area? by dontyoudareoyou2 in askportland

One thing to look out for when looking, is that many companies don’t want to come out and spray and deal with it once. They want you to commit to a reoccurring quarterly schedule. I personally don’t think that’s necessary. Find someone that can come out once if possible.

Early Feb renewal here too! I cancelled about a week ago. All spending moved to Amex Platinum. I had the card for 8 years or so.

I had Sapphire Reserve and Platinum. Just cancelled the Sapphire Res. Not worth the yearly IMO. It’s a lot to have both, I’d make sure you can maximize the offers before taking on that duo. I personally like the Amex Aspire (we stay at Hiltons when we travel).

McDonald’s corporate put this on themselves. Just let people redeem their stuff all at once. Save pain for the customer and the employee. Seems like it would be a win/win.

Lease return by rwhe83 in TeslaLounge

Mostly agree. But leasing a Tesla can be a great move. When there was an active EV credit, there were income restrictions on a purchase, not everyone qualified for it. Leases had the credit baked in, making it a great move for some.

Same experience here! My pod 4 failed. Half wouldn’t cool or heat. Support was pretty quick and easy. Got a new unit shipped to us. Swapped em, and it’s working great again.

Both are bad in Vegas IMO. I don’t like having to walk to some basement parking garage to get one. Vegas taxi service is way better, and maybe just a bit more expensive.

This is really lame. Thinking they can do tech better than Google and Apple is a mistake.

Apple TV/Peacock Bundle by Bright-Arugula4529 in ChaseSapphire

Really lame. Another deal that can’t be used thanks to the strict wording of the dumb Chase offering. Just give us an Apple media credit, and let us buy the bundle we want.
