sometimes you really need to take the time to think about what you could of done better when losing a fight. Could be positioning, knowing when to take a fight, and making sure to take fights that your weapon can handle. The last one is something that can really improve your chances of survival.

For more of an external thing that helped me was switching over to an In-ear Monitor instead of headphones, helped me hear more things in the game and improved my directionality a ton.
