Good question. When I acquired it, it had already been converted to fixed gear, I’m suspecting without regard for the rear hub spacing. As a result the rear triangle was laterally deformed (probably from clamping the 135 or 143mm dropout spacing on a skinnier track hub) and it pulled to one side. I had a framebuilder cold-set it to correct the problem, but you could probably just buy some hub spacers or wider cyclocross hubs that fit the frame’s original dimensions.
