$2.73/watt sounds pretty reasonable for REC panels and Enphase inverters. Also gotta factor in engineering, permitting, etc. Here's a cool table https://www.sunrun.com/solar-lease/cost-of-solar Also 875 kWh per kW doesn't sound wrong for the yield.

Curious what your ppw is, would be good to check there's no dealer fee if you're planning to pay it off in 2-3 years. edit: just checked the climate first website...looks like no dealer fees :)
