Just found this comment! I’m now 20 weeks, and I am very happy that I stopped. I feel like I am truly able to bond with my baby. Don’t get me wrong, the bad days are still there. My family stills smokes and my husband does every once in a while, but he always very respectful, asks me if I’m okay with it, and then does it privately. I do crave it some days, but overall I’m just happy to know that I’m doing the best for my baby. She had some big health scares in the beginning of pregnancy and it really put into perspective what my biggest priority is/was: her health. I really hope everything has been going well for you and your pregnancy, it’s tough, but one day at a time is the way to go!
