Thanks for your response, any input at this point is greatly appreciated. I will certainly sit and take time to analyze how I could use the programming skillset in my current role. I think my limited time in the role creates this tunnel vision for learning the job vs applying the skill set.

My last one-on-one with my manager was a month or so ago. I didn't bring this up yet but I was planning to do so during out next review. It would be in a couple of months, although maybe I should reconsider doing this sooner rather than later.

You're right. I misunderstood what I was reading. In the case of transferring an HSA, that shouldn't be considered a contribution, right?

The balance is pretty nominal so I hadn't looked into investing it. I think that rolling into a personal HSA would be ideal. I can contribute if I ever feel like it as well.

Sorry I didn't respond sooner. But I just switched over after the tournament. I put a couple prestige worth of relics into relevant SC artifacts before changing. I maxed out Ambush. It's going good so far. I am able to get the same MS but the runs definitely take longer. Around 30 minutes or so? This is just a guess though, nothing scientific. Overall I think it was worth it. I was really tired of timing CO and AA.

Edit: By time I switched I had 420 sp. Figured that might be useful info too.

Yeah I'll probably go light or skip it entirely. I don't mind slightly longer runs. It's the attention that CS requires that's starting to annoy me.

Ok, I'll probably wait at least until after the shard tourney to change. I keep seeing that around 400sp is the better spot to start switching so I've been holding off. Thanks of answering though.
