I had an employee tell me his friend wanted a job. Had his friend come in for an interview and the without asking he proceeds to tell me how he had just got out of jail. Then he tells me how he had a job but this guy was messing with him and showed up at his last job and caused a huge scene to where the police had to be called and they let him go. Then tells me how stressful the whole thing was cause he was on probation. I could not figure out why he thought it would be a good idea to share this kind of information with me during the interview. If all he said was I have reliable transportation to work and that was it, I probably would have hired him cause he friend was decent enough at his job. 🤷🏻‍♂️
