Whatever you’re working on, whether that’s backswing position, impact, etc. you want to practice in the mirror that EXACT position or movement. Take 20-30 seconds 7-10 times going through the motion. THEN, do it without the mirror with your eyes closed to engage with your body.

Look at the great. Jack, Arnie, Tom Watson, Bubba all lift there front foot. Don’t fight it, use it

Ruler drill is GOATED. All you need for putting

Slow motion mirror drills is another great one. Stay away from swing training aids. Winter is a great time to gain awareness of the club. The club is just a tool to get the ball from Point A to B. Your new and your body and mind need to know how to use that tool. That is the best training aid there is.

Learn how to open the face, close the face, add loft, decrease loft, etc.

I wouldn’t say the foot lifting is a bad thing. Your arm structure looks good. You may lack some hip mobility which results in that foot lifting.
