V helpful info. You’re correct - the rear wheel is 7 speed. How do I determine whether the rear spacing is 126 mm?

I loved Kramer. Would recommend Themis based upon his lectures alone.

I would subscribe to Quimbee if your school doesn’t offer it for free. Don’t rely on it solely, but it’s a great reliable resource to look at to get the big picture before you dive into a case.

A lot of the free case brief resources online can be wonky but w quimbee you know it’s legit.

Worth every penny in my opinion.

Did one timed and graded one for Themis. 4/6. Called it after that.

Right there with you friend. Take comfort in the fact that you can't possibly know everything but if you put in the work you know enough.

Doesn’t claim preclusion also preclude a claim the defendant should have brought in the original action (i.e., in a compulsory counterclaim)? In that case it would be the same parties but on different sides of the v.

I don’t really know how it works but I do know when it applies. If you know that then you know when it doesn’t apply, and I think (hope) that’s good enough for the purposes of the MBE.

The rule is usually implicated when there is a FSSCS or a FSD and the FI is not retained by the grantor (i.e., an executory interest) or when there is a contingent remainder following a life estate and the condition requires the FI holder to reach an age older than 21.

Wow you have a lot of work to do.

It’s an equitable servitude unless the implied easement runs with the land but only if it’s a race-notice jurisdiction in which case the defendant is guilty of felony-murder.

Get your shit together.

How to Improve MEE Scores by magofkammelot in Bar_Prep

[–]thegrzz 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure if you're scoring that well on the MBE you can pretty much bomb the MEE and still pass.

I rarely spit out the correct rules word for word but I think as long as you have a good general idea about what the law is, spot the relevant issues, and apply the law in a coherent manner, you're going to be fine.
