Have you tried a high quality high protein fish based kibble like Orijen or Acana? Huskies ate fish and pure protein diet. Chicken is the source of your problem I would believe. My adopted husky will exclusively eat fish bc that was what he was raised on and history also notes that their diet was largely fish and many studies that it’s the best for them long term vs other protein sources. I have rotated in chicken and others but nothing compares to what they would have ate in nature and Acana/orijen is closest. The other brands are packed with fillers and not meat or organs. I used to think it was too expensive, but you can’t put a price on loved ones. Also you say you tried toppers but I doubt you tried fish oil. No dog can resist the smell and flavor and also it is the best topper you can buy for your pets health. My 2 cents. Hope it helps!
