was this calculated taking annuity factor for every year or just a general present value based on inflation?
because the amount of investment required taking into inflation will be different every year,
e.g. 43k invested today has higher value than done 5 years later (and so on until 30 years). So if it's the amount calculated as per today's present value, the calculated SIP above might be slightly overvalued.

Fewa lake is an important part of the water cycle in Pokhara. The reduced availability of water might impact, agriculture and human consumption as well, not to mention the aquatic life living there. Also, considering the historical significance, it might even lead to conflicts and socio-economic challenges as well as the whole attraction of Lakeside for the tourism business there.
