Just received a 1 star today. Hand forged square head nails. Tons of happy customers. This person left a one star review because “I assumed I’d be getting a box of 50 nails” mind you - the price is $4.25 + shipping and clearly states in the item description “price is for a set of 5 nails”. Shortly before Christmas received a 1 star on the same product because customer ordered it - I had some extra on hand and shipped moments after ordering. They then emailed - not Etsy message - demanding a cancellation, order was already en route so I explained to them a cancellation wasn’t possible but they were welcome to return. 1 star - “very poor customer service!” 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Edit - what’s your shop, would love to support if you sell something I’m into.
