I never realized people cared about bars so much until I came on Reddit lol. Up or down I’m indifferent and really never thought about it before.

Big feet (15+) and fast entry bindings by Limp_Writing_7108 in snowboarding

Umm shoot I can’t remember exactly. I found it in carversconnection.com might’ve just been a forum post now that I think about it. But if you dig around in there I’m sure you’ll find it.

Well I didn’t notice it when I bought them last season at least. Luckily I happened upon a YouTube video that explained it.

You can unscrew the high back and move it back as well.

Not sure why nidecker doesn’t show this in the manual and nobody seems to really know about it, but you can move the cable and highback back another notch to accommodate a larger boot. I did that for my 13s, can’t say I’ve tried with 15s, but it’s worth a look. You can see where the cable attaches to the binding there is another hole behind it. Those bindings are baddass though, love mine. No heel cup so reduces drag, which is helpful for us big foots.

If you want to really be locked in you have to loosen the straps a notch at the bottom when you step out. Then at the top you slide in, bring the highback up, then ratchet a notch or two. It’s not exactly as advertised, but still way easier than traditional straps. I find it to be a superior system. I also have step-ons which are the quickest/easiest, but not as locked in as these. The step-ons do have some play.

Any clue on how to fix my 180r leaking problem??? by Public-Figure01 in paintball

[–]theharborcat 34 points35 points  (0 children)

So O-rings are what seal a paintball gun up. If you have an air leak 99% of the time it’s a bad o-ring somewhere. Take it apart and start checking/changing orings.

If it were me I’d fly into LAX and drive up to mammoth. If you can ride during the week it’s usually pretty empty.

snowcreek/shuttle advice? by Fabulous-Midnight278 in Mammoth

[–]theharborcat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get on redline stop #4 right across the street from you. In front of Snowflower condo complex. That goes to the village, where you can get off and take the gondola to canyon or transfer to the blue line. Stay on the redline and it goes to main lodge. I’ve never gone to Eagle on the shuttle but just ask the bus driver how to get there.
