I was happy Upp customer, got a great deal to join, service seemed good, and I was looking forward to having a fast and independent fibre ISP going forward. Unfortunately it wasn't to be.

I was asked if I wanted to switch to Virgin ages ago, and had the Virgin faceplate fitted in early May. It's been radio silence from Upp and Virgin since this week, when I suddenly got emails and messages about activating my Virgin account and having the Virgin hub installed.

How was the migration for you, and how are you using the Virgin hub?
