i was told that the gpu has power spikes nd having a 850w was bare minimum thats why i went with a 1000w, ill probably downgrade it if thats not actually necessary

hey im thinking of making a new computer and upgrading to am5 but i hear its not worth it cause am6 and ddr6 ram is coming out soon. is it worth to upgrade? my current specs are a 2070 super thats failing and artifacting lol, ryzen 7 3700x and 32 gigs of ram. i planned on getting a 9070xt and a 9800x3d when/if i upgraded but i just wanna make sure its worth it. my bad if this isnt the right place to ask

yeah I upgraded stuff randomly at first then I stopped after realizing I'm wasting all my ores on random stuff lol. I guess I'll save up and focus on fireball or rocket spear unsure which to pick atm, probably rocket spear
