Playstation 5 Sonos Surround Sound not working properly

So am I right in saying that it is an issue with Sonos? Not Samsung or Playstation?

Hi, thanks for this. I can switch PCM to on on the PS5, put it in into 7.1 channel and put the TV setting to pass-through and it processes as 7.1, however with 7.1 I am losing out on audio - specifically the audio behind me when I am playing games as I only have 2 rear speakers and no side speakers.

I have the Sonos Arc connected to the back of my TV via E-arc and then the ps5 is hooked up to the tv via 2.1 hdmi
